Carlos Moreno Jr. is a Los Angeles working actor and filmmaker with over 70 credits across television, film, and independent productions.

His television work includes 9-1-1, ER, Dexter, Major Crimes, Difficult People, and Huge in France. His film credits include Transformers, Delta Farce, Frank and Lola, and Happy Feet. He also contributed voice work to the Academy Award–winning film Coco, voicing multiple characters.

Moreno Jr. is the creator and lead of Pepito’s America Mamadas, which has been featured in Emmy Magazine and considered for Primetime Emmy nominations for two consecutive years (2023–2024), including recognition in Short Form Comedy Series and Acting.

In addition to acting, he has written, produced, and directed over 15 short films that have screened at festivals worldwide. His work includes Habanero, recipient of the Rayo Del Sol Award at the CineSol Film Festival, and Sweet Blight, which won the Audience Award at the California Women’s Film Festival. His film Panacea was showcased during the 2018 Sundance Film Festival through the Latino Filmmakers Network.

He develops original film and television projects, including Itzpapalotl (Clawed Butterfly), a supernatural thriller rooted in Aztec mythology.
